How to avoid War for Talent?

SD Worx recently conducted a study of 4371 companies in Europe. It shows that 65% of Belgian companies are having a hard time finding staff for open vacancies. Belgian entrepreneurs are the hardest hit in this War for Talent. The same study also shows that the internal mobility of employees occurs at barely 1 in 3 of Belgian companies. This, in turn, is a lot lower than the European average of 1 in 2. Internal mobility, someone who changes jobs within the same company, is a way of getting around labour market shortages but is clearly less used by Belgian companies. Moreover, lifelong learning is a way to maximize the internal mobility of employees. But here too, Belgium is hopelessly lagging behind.
INNDUCE.me is working with Ghent University to objectively determine the innovation skills among employees. This research showed that it is also possible to train the innovation skills in employees. This gives current employees the opportunity to make themselves stronger in terms of innovation. The new training tool is unique worldwide and a textbook example of how employees can develop their innovative thinking skills and participate in making their company future-proof. We teach employees to recognize situations, which they may encounter in innovation by default, and to tackle them differently.
The training tool currently consists of 9 realistic situations linked to innovation. Each situation has to be solved by the employee in 4 steps. The aim is to teach them to think, reason, decide and act as innovation experts do in practice. So the aim is not to learn the cases by heart, but to learn to think the same way innovation experts do in practice.
The tool is currently available in 3 languages and can be used on an individual basis via an e-learning platform. For more information and pricing on the training tool, contact us at info@innduce.me.
