Koffie met de Toekomst (Coffee with the Future) is an initiative of the Work Out Room, VDAB's space for innovation and co-creation. They supervise projects to renew the job market and put innovative initiatives in the spotlight. During the Koffie’s met de Toekomst, they like to let policy makers, researchers, entrepreneurs and other visionaries have their say, to share their insights with others. ‘Koffie met de Toekomst’ discusses all possible topics on the job market: sustainable employability, AI for career forecasting, job matching, inclusion and diversity, lifelong learning and many more.

INNDUCE.me is the result of collaboration between the renowned innovation consultant Creax in Kortrijk and the Department of Industrial & Organisational Psychology at Ghent University. The assessment objectively and scientifically maps out the innovation profile of both current and new employees of the company.
